$20 PER MONTH 14 days prior to billing date

freeze up to 3 months at a time

pregnancy - freeze up to 9 months

medical - free freeze with documentation

prepaid members

does not auto convert.,  you may renew when your membership is expired.

club enhancement fee 

charged after the 4th month of membership for month to month members.  prepaid members do not have an enhancement fee.   

guest policy

all guests must be 18 yrs of age or older to use the facility.  16 with a parent or guardian present. 

guests must register with a membership concierge to use facility.  children UNDER 16 are not permitted to utilize the facility.

 

club check in policy 

every member must check in at the front desk to use the facility without exception. as a member you agree to keep a valid photo on file and accurate contact info on file. 

outside trainers

personal training by any one other than elements certified trainers is strictly prohibited.

personal property

elements is not responsible for PERSONAL items of any kind.

LOCKER POLICY

LOCKERS ARE FOR DAILY USE ONLY ANY ITEMS LEFT IN THE LOCKER OVERNIGHT MAY BE DISCARDED.

BAG POLICY

FOR THE SAFETY AND SECURITY OF OUR VALUED MEMBERS AND GUESTS BAGS ARE NOT PERMITTED ON THE WORKOUT FLOOR AT ANY TIME.

refunds 

all sales of sessions purchased for personal training are final except as require by law.  all membership dues

collected at the point of enrollment except required by law are not refundable.  

when you subscribe to personal training you are investing in the service and expertise offered by elements fitness and salon not by any particular trainer. elements reserves the right to adjust your trainer, technician or therapist at any time. 

24 hr cancellation policy

24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule a training session.  cancellations under 24 hours will be redeemed as though it was used.

RIGHT OF REFUSAL 

Owners and designated managers reserve the absolute right to refuse service to any member or guest at any time.

conduct

Every member and guest has the right to safe and pleasant workout experience. we take this very seriously and will not tolerate any threatening behavior of any kind to include but not limited to a gesture, profanity or act in any capacity regardless of intent or the party in which it is directed towards.

Your membership shall be immediately terminated and police will be notified.

product safety

elements provides hygiene related products as a convenience to our members and guests, in accordance 

with your new member on boarding checklist and membership agreement you acknowledge that it is your responsibility as a valued customer to review all ingredients as we are not responsible for health conditions of any kind.

EVERY MANAGER AND TRAINER IS DOTFIT CERTIFIED

class cancellations

elements reserves the right to cancel classes at any time. though best practices shall be set fourth to communicate changes to members.

marketing communications

elements shall communicate marketing communications including promotions, events, special offers and more.  you may unsubscribe at any time in accordance with the law.

holiday HOURS ARE THE SAME AT ALL LOCATIONS

open all other days of the year.  **holidays may incur reduced hours.

studio use

if there is an active class in session we do ask that the studio remain reserved for that class only. if there is not an active class in session the studio is available anytime for your convenience. 

prepaid member - relocation policy

in the event of relocation you may transfer any time remaining to a friend or family member. we do not extend refunds on prepaid agreements of any kind this is documented in your agreement unless the following occurs: " your club of enrollment is not in operation for a period of 45 days or greater for maintenance or a closure of any kind. should such an event occur and the club does not provide another location to access within 20 miles you may be entitled to a prorated refund of the unused time.
